In general: Gallstones when they form in gallbladder can cause post prandial right upper quadrant abdominal pain that radiates to tip of scapula and fatty food intolerance. But these are classic symptoms, and most patients don't have classic presentations. Consult your doctor if you have pain or discomfort when you eat. Ultrasound will usually show stones if they are the cause.
