What kind of problem: I do not know what you mean by digestion problem. How long ago was your surgery? Was the surgery for gallstones or dyskinesia? For several weeks after surgery it is common foe fatty food intolerance, bloating & sometimes diarrhea with fatty foods. See your doctor to see if medication such as Questran (cholestyramine) should be considered, or if other testing is needed.

Fat intolerance: A very small percentage of patients <10% will not handle high fat intake postop. Often they had the same symptoms before taking out the gallbladder but not always. Probably these patient pass food out of their stomach more quickly than others and they needed the bolus of bile provided by the gallbladder at the beginning of the meal. You can take replacement bile salts which your dr. Can prescribe.
