Very unlikely: Thyroid hormone affects every part of your body, but it does not usually affect your immune system to any significant degree. Loss of consciousness is also very uncommon with hypothyroidism. If your thyroid levels have been normalized with thyroid hormone, you need another explanation for your symptoms.
