Yes: Pain control is paramount to minimize natural norepinephrine release. Most efficient procedure will occur at oral surgeon's office. Conservative amounts of 2% lidociane with eipnephrine injections are best (lidocaine is pregnancy class b). Avoid general anesthesia. Digital radiographs are fine with proper abdominal shielding. Watch patient positioning. Pm appointment. Best in 2nd trimester.
