Consult first: Schedule a consult with at least 2 facial plastic or plastic surgeons who routinely perform rhinoplasty. Make sure the surgeon you choose understands your goals and explains the procedure to you sufficiently. Since this is elective surgery, be sure you are comfortable that the surgeon understands and is confident he/she can attain the results you desire before scheduling surgery.

Schedule rhinoplasty: The first step is to find a board-certified, experienced rhinoplasty specialist. The next step is to seek consultations with ~3 surgeons to find one who you connect with. Once you find a surgeon you trust and have faith in, his/her office will be able to schedule your surgery and the appropriate pre-operative testing and preparations.
