Depends: Get evaluated by a doctor proficient in rhinoplasty, if appropriate, by the doctor who performed your last rhinoplasty, in order to find out if there are reasons why you would currently "need" a second or revision rhinoplasty

Maybe not: What makes you think you need a revision? Was there a complication or are you not happy with the results? Revision surgery should wait at least a year if not longer. Your surgeon can help you decide if your expectations are something that they can meet. There can also be nonsurgical options after rhinoplasty. Fillers are being used more and more to camouflage subtle deformities
