Some discomfort: You will have some tenderness and soreness in the gums in the extraction site that can last for a week. You may or may not have swelling. It's best to use ice packs on the jaws when you get home to reduce possible swelling. Jaw may be a little tight and hard to open. Discuss with dentist.
