Self-care routine -- set a times of the day for exercising, hobbies, reading, (doesn't have to be done all at once, but even 15min.), work on me time. Among other things..: Regular moderate exercise is one key to improving mood. In fact it has been found to be as effective as medication in some circumstances because of endorphin release and bump in self esteem.
