Not the best option: For those who have a b vitamin deficiency, taking supplements may be helpful to some degree. Those who don't may notice more energy which can sometimes worsen anxiety. Exercise, eating a healthy diet (less sugar and caffeine) and cognitive behavioral therapy are other ways to manage anxiety.

May help but...: B vitamins can help if you are deficient. Also consider tulsi (holy basil), valerian, passionflower & ashwagandha, Amino Acids like theanine & tryptophan, inositol & magnesium. Also consider meditation, exercise, counseling, acupuncture & homeopathy. Make sure you get enough rest & a healthy diet. Consider eft (see eftuniverse.Com).
