No Data: As far as I know there is no scientific results showing vitamins reduce anxiety. Perhaps, you should try to do some relaxation technique such as meditation and yoga, seek CBT with a counselor, exercise or get antianxiety medication

B12: Not by itself, unless your anxiety relates to B12 deficiency. Consult your PCP for workup.
