A couple of thoughts: Normally multiple vitamins are well tolerated if taking according to package instructions. Chewable vitamins must be chewed completely before swallowing. Also, some people don't tolerate certain components in multiple vitamins such as calcium. There could also be adverse interactions if taking other medications such as ibuprofen/naproxen, antibiotics including sulfa, diuretics, retinoids. Stay off
