Yes: You can take asa, which can be helpful in primary cariovascular disease risk prevention. The usual first line treatment for hypertrophic cardiomyopathy is beta blockers. Avoid diuretics.

It should be O K: Assuming no other problems like ulcers or bleeding, hocm is not a contraindications to aspirin.
