OK: Be aware that metoprolol can cause erectile dysfunction and you might benefit from switching to a different drug before trying cialis. Cialis is compatible with your meds - it must not be taken within 24 hours of Nitroglycerin in any form.

Cialis: As long as you do not have severe heart diseas or angina requiring nitroglycerine, it is save to use.
