Change: You need to change. Try asking yourself this question before eating sweets: "does this (fill in the blank) taste as good as being this feels?" also, try writing down in a journal everything you eat or drink for one week. If you are honest with your entries, you will soon tire of writing down the foods you shouldn't be having, and you will alter your behavior accordingly. Finally, stick with it.
