Yes: It seems they did a urine pregnancy test. Kind of nice they did IV fluids in the clinic. Many time we have patient drink water until able to urinate, then do the test.

Yes: That is still a valid pregnancy test. They probably gave you the IV fluid to hydrate you so that you could provide urine for the pregnancy test.
