My ankles swell every day since my pregnant 2011. i was dehydrated last wk & took 1 bag of saline and my ankles have not swollen since. why is this?

A bag of saline??: Is this something you can get at 7-11? Clearly, you were dehydrated, which causes an imbalance of electrolytes. That can cause the swelling which was corrected by that thing you got in isle 3 at home depot. But you really need blood tests and be seen by an internist to ascertain why you become dehydrated.
