Period last month that was normal on time this month i got dark blood only for 1 day but havent had sex since before last period. negative pregnancy test about 46 days since sex, could i be pregnant? i am very stressed/dehydrated this month as well

Irregular timing: of ovulation, is most likely the reason, delayed or absent ovulation will cause you to be late. Pregnancy sounds very unlikely. See your doctor for testing and treatment, to correct ovulation issues. This could be from PCOS, thyroid isssues, or hormone medications.
