Wrong dx?: Perhaps the incontinence issue you have is not actually overactive bladder. See your urologist about this - more testing may need to be done.

Get bladder evaluate: If vesicare (solifenacin) isn't effective need to see a urologist to get your bladder evaluated to see if symptoms are due to over active bladder or some other cause I'm which case alternative treatment might be suggested
