A member asked:

What are the causes of the frequent urination when blood sugar is high?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Osmole: In simple terms, increased blood sugar causes kidneys to excrete more sugar. Sugar , being an osmole causes more water to be lost by the kidney, hence increased urination.
