Bandage : Speak with your surgeon for their recommendation as to when to remove the bandage. It depends on the type of surgery , location, etc.

Removing bandages: It all depends on what was done, and how the plastic surgeon placed the bandage on the wound. Please talk to your board certified plastic surgeon about traveling after surgery, bandages, and other aftercare issues. Our office has out of town patients. We try to instruct them in what they need to do for an optimum result.
