How about jogging: Around the track? Are you good with a punching bag? Exercise is a great stress reliever. Any form of aerobic activity helps. Meditation, yoga, acupuncture, qi gong, deep breathing exercises & progressive muscle relaxation. Therapy can also be beneficial.
