Of course: Like most activities, it depends how one approaches it. Fishing can be very relaxing —except to the fish! — or it can be a tense and/or frustrating experience. Whatever the activity, gently avoid "shoulds", time pressure, harsh self-judgments, unflattering comparisons with others, etc. Focus on the here-and-now and give yourself time.
