Yes: . The reason tumors not stopped as they grow is that the immunogenic protein is present but in suboptimal amts to allow the immune system to apply a brake thru production of an IgG1. The immunogenic protein has been identified and represents a post translocational modification in the protein which appears in adults and is derived from oncofetal proteins found in the fetus.
