Lose wheat & weight: Wheat is digested rapidly to simple sugar. Your blood sugar goes up then down. You get hungry quickly. If you replace the wheat with something more substantial and you reduce your total calorie intake, you will lose weight. If you replace wheat with avocados and ice cream, you won't.
