What's your target?: I am assuming you are talking about target zones base on maximal heart rate during exercise. Target zones are use to plan an exercise routine depending on your goals. Fat burning, endurance, cardiac capacity. You will achieve your hr by running, bicycle, elliptical etc, stay for one minute then slowly decrease pace until hr slowly drop less than 90-100. Difficult to recommend if I don't know your goals, .
