Heart rate goes from 50 when sitting to 116 when standing up. then within 40 seconds my hr goes back to normal. recovery hr when excersising is 60/70?

Dehydration: When your heart rate goes up that high with standing, you need to strongly consider dehydration. Check your blood pressure sitting and standing as well to confirm. I would recommend drinking Zero calorie Gatorade, nuun with water or any other electrolyte rich fluids. Remember, if you sweat (you loose salt). Need salt replacement not just water!
