Relief of headache: Initial therapy should be over the counter analgesics, aspirin, ibuprofen, acetaminophen. Resting, use of cold compress. There is an acupressure point to relieve headaches in the web space between the thumb and index finger. Pressing in this area has relieved my headaches. Try the library for a book on acupressure.
