Have fun & eat more: . . . While you're "exercising" (i'm not fond of that word!) eat more fresh vegetables and wholesome, non-processed foods. These foods are delicious, though subtle in taste. They will assist you in getting closer to your ideal weight by filling you up with low-fat nutrition. You might also consider replacing the word exercise with "play, " "run around, " or "move." enjoyment helps one lose lbs.

Get up, stop sitting: Losing pounds takes a lot of work, but one easy way is to sit less. Standing at work and reducing the amount of sitting may benefit your overall health and make it easier to lose weight. Depending on your age and gender, it may be harder or easier, but good luck.
