Natural healing: When our bodies sustain an injury, the immediate response is inflammation (red, hot, tender/soreness, swelling). This is the body increasing the blood flow to the injury to bring healing factors to the area. The key is to do things that reduce the inflammation such as ice, compression, elevation and antiinflammatory medications in the first 24-36 hours.

Vaccination: I am assuming you are asking about sore area where you had vaccination.Ice, rest and pain killer can be tried. If pain worsens or redness appears then see doctor as sometimes vaccine sites can get infected too.
