Several things: Soak in epsom salt and luke warm water to soothe them, elevate them, use a good moisturizing cream to massage the feet.

Soak them: In warm water and epson salt then elevate, have someone massage them for you. Then figure out why they are so sore to prevent it from happening again. Maybe they are somewhat flat? And you wear unsupportive shoes like flats? If so, wear more supportive shoes and or arch supports in them.
