How reliable is ovarian cance that is being detected when you have a ct scan and ultrasound?

Depends: There are usually several findings that can be noted on a ct scan &/or sonogram that would make a diagnosis of ovarian cancer more likely. But it would still not be 100% certainty. Depending on specifically, what was seen - the diagnosis could be more (or less) likely to be a cancer.
