Depends on your: Work and size/location of ganglion. If you use your hands and the ganglion is on the wrist and huge, it might take several months to get back to work. If you don't use your hands much, it will be much sooner.

Depends : Most ganglions are in your wrist. The usual time off from work is 7-10 days to allow the skin to heal. Some can return to work sooner if they don't us their hands too much, and can keep the wound dry.
