More general reactions should be reported to the allergist for a possible dose adjustment. Tired and fatigue can be related to having allergies or taking some older antihistamines.

Occasionally I take Montelukast/Levocetrizine 10/5 mg med. for allergy, next day drowsiness, groggy feeling occur throughout day makes me unable to function .I can stay partly asleep whole day, the effect is so bad. Is there any alternative medicine?
