Ive been feeling like my body is fighting something. im feeling fluish, tired, increased appetite but food not great & occasional heart burn. i am not pregnant. i also had a cough tight chest which dr said was new season allergy related.

This sounds like: a viral illness however your symptoms are too defuse and nonspecific to provide a specific diagnosis. Ask your health care provider for another examination and evaluation including blood work to see if something more serious may be going on.
