Pain meds: Tylenol (acetaminophen) or nsaids. Next level is tramadol or lidocine patch.

NSAIDs: Anti-inflammatories or nsaids are probably only medication to not impede in physical performance. All other medicines will have side effects, sedation, dizziness, fatigue, etc than may impede your abilities. This advice however should be given to you by your doctor who had performed an examination and knows your health history as any medicines can affect you adversely.
