See below: For fever and aches, you may take paracetamol. No more than 4 g/day, no alcohol. Keep hydrated with water, fruit juice and electrolyte drinks. COVID 19: No specific meds are required. Rest, hydrate, quarantine & eat healthfully. May use acetaminophen, saline for nasal irrigation, decongestant or cough syrup. Naprosyn is a good choice if NSAID’s are used. Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, marked persistent chest pain/ pressure or new onset confusion.
