I have been diagnosed positive for covid. i want to consult a doctor on what medication my family and i can take?

COVID 19: No specific meds are required. Rest, hydrate, quarantine & eat healthfully. May use acetaminophen, saline for nasal irrigation, decongestant or cough syrup. Naprosyn is a good choice if NSAID’s are used. Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, marked persistent chest pain/ pressure or new onset confusion.
