These : These are common symptoms of a condition called pre-menstrual dysphoric mood. The symptoms usually start about a week before your period and may continue until the end of your period. Depending on the severity of your symptoms, the treatment options will vary. For mild to moderate symptoms certain birth control pills may help; for severe symptoms, there are certain anti-depressants that can be given 2 weeks out of the month(two weeks preceding your period). Talk to your primary. He/she may want to refer you to a gynecologist and/or a psychiatrist for all your treatment options. Best of luck.

Alternative answer: when I have patients with menses problems, I suggest Evening Primrose Oil and Vit.B6 50mg per day. See how 1-2 cycles later improve. If no change then stop these. Deplin can also be added on if your feeling depression.
