Why do i have sharp pain on my left side and pain after eating?

? gallbladder: Gallbladder attacks typically occur after eating, usually with pain beneath the right rib cage, radiating to the back area beneath the shoulder blade. At times it is seen in the shoulder blade area first, may be associated with some nausea. Persistence of symptoms may warrant gb evaluation with ultrasound.
