Random sharp pains in back of throat(only left side) not constant last about 1-10 seconds and randomly happen.. sometimes while eating sometimes while just sitting around.. what is this? its happend more then once over about a month or 2

Random throat: Symptoms could be related middle ear problem either fluid in middle ear or eustcian tube dysfunction. TMJ could be possible. Irritation or infection of the tonsil or posterior pharynx. Possible problem with swallowing mechanism.
