That might be impos-: Sible to achieve. It would depend upon the severity and extent of the injury. Rice ( = rest, ice, compression and elevation) + nsaids, muscle relaxers would all help to alleviate the symptoms in the first 3-4 days; and later replace ice with a heat pad 3 x a day to help. Unless its a very minor injury which might get relieved in a day, but generally it takes 4-5 days time.
