Whey: No whey they will help. But will help keep your pocket book leaner. Many such products contain dangerous hormones that harm you. Discuss wth your gym instructor on how to build the muscles you want and where. Practice, Practice, Practice.

Whey protein is: fine if it is made from organic or free-range cow milk. If not, it can contain hormones, antibiotics, etc. Peace and good health. Please see if your gym has a trainer who can create a workout program for you. Remember that being attractive is more about being neat, clean, and a person who treats others the way he/she would like to be treated than muscles.
