Hip problem: usually that indicates a hip arthritis--get tested, you may be able to find a good treatment.

55 yof. I have intermittent stabbing pain in front of left hip. Sometimes right also. I walk incline treadmill every day. How would I recognize hip versus ovarian pain? It happens so sporadic and so brief its hard to pin down.
