What to do if i have severe pains under my rib cage in my back. could this be a big kidney stone?

Possibly: Stone pain is usually depends upon presence of blockege. There are also other causes of such back pain, i.E spinal disc, muscular, aortic anurism, pancreatitis etc. Best to consult your dr., or go to an er if pain is very severe.
