A lot : A learning disability implys that a person has a specific disability in acquiring the skills in a specific area consistent with their average overall performance. Reading & math are examples. Although this may lead to some stress, it is not a mental health issue. Mh issues imply that a person has difficulty with issues such as depression or psychosis. They have skills to be fine in learning.
