Depends: It really depends on your height/weight and physical activity level. Without knowing what your body's requirements are, it's hard to say if this is a reasonable amount to restrict to. It sounds like a good, reasonable amount to restrict to that would be safe and effective, but i can't say without knowing your specifics.
