No "detox" needed: A person can eat healthy foods in proper amounts (less food, fewer calories, than before), exercise several times a week, avoid sugar and simple starches, avoid drinks containing sugar, and lose weight (plus keep it off) without any special teas. The "detox" or "weight loss" teas and supplements are sold to earn money for the merchants and manufacturers. They are not needed.
