Diet and exercise: Carbohydrates make the liver produce triglycerides, so you may want to cut back on refined carbohydrates (essentially anything white). That would include bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, and sugary foods. Exercise helps too. For cholesterol you may need a statin medication because this responds less to dietary changes. Good luck!
