Low fats and carbs: You should take a plant based diet, low in saturated fats and carbohydrates. Exercise at least 30 minutes each day with increasing vigor. It would be prudent to consult your doctor to see if medication may be needed.

One of the best: foods to reduce triglycerides is salmon, you can also receive the same benefit with dietary supplement EPA fish oils, or prescription fish oils Lovaza or Vascepa, although Lovaza will increase your bad cholesterol
