Get back on track (:: Although the extra calories will impact you, the most important thing to do is to shake it off & get back in the game. Some people get so discouraged when they "mess up" that they abandon their healthy eating & exercise plans. It is important not to starve yourself or to create a nutrition plan that is so strict that you can't comply with it. Take it slow & keep it healthy.
