Vague symptoms: Ovarian cancer can be a silent disease or produce vague symptoms like bloating, indigestion, poor appetite and general abdominal discomfort or swelling or just plane heaviness. Any such symptoms should raise the suspicion to require a visit with a gynecologist for a check up with pelvic exam and other tests to confirm if there is any suspicion in first exams.
